When we were in Vegas...how long ago was that Misty? anyway too long ago, I took on an alias for some reason and I’ve used it here and there for fun.

A couple of days ago our office went out to lunch for someone’s birthday, the waitress split the check so she went around the table asking us all our names, here is my check:

I really, really do...I should do it more often, but I don’t.

Anyone doing that blogeverydayinnovember thing? I know there’s a name for it but meh…

So, Halloween really annoyed me this year, I think I’m becoming a grouch old lady, every neighborhood has one, so why not me?

The parents annoyed me, the OLD “kids” annoyed me more than ever, but I loved how one of our neighbors gave out SAT Flashcards and Grammar cards...Take that! and pull your damn pants up! see?? I am SO that old woman.
I’m cool with that.
The dogs were grouchy too, Molly barked her ass off for 4 hours, and poor Sissy was afraid to go outside to do business, so she held it until 11pm.

November...yeah, wow, already?
Why am I already wishing the Holidays were over?? Oh yeah...because I am that old woman.

On that note, I have something to tell y’all...BLOG BITCHES! 

Obviously I’m still loving Pinterest, I keep telling myself I should be blogging when I’m clicking away there, but I can’t seem to tear myself away.

I don’t know where to start, so you get my beloved bullet points...don’t you find yourself thinking in bullets? I even take handwritten notes and add bullets.
Love me some bullets.

* Still love-love-loving my job! I get to work with a great group of women, be creative and meet the best people.

* The family is good, we’re going through some issues with our Grandson’s parents...my stomach just tied itself in knots as I typed that, not good.

* I’m considering doing away with our satellite service, I use it just to record my shows, reality T.V junkie that I am, but the thing is that I rarely have time to watch everything on the DVR, so what’s the point?  I don’t know…
What I watch(don’t watch): Mob Wives, Braxton Family values, Downsized, Til Debt Do Us Part, Dr. Oz, Jerseylicious, RHO Orange County of course, I’ve got all current episodes of The Good Wife, but I have not watch any of them...I have nothing of any educational value, like I care!
What show should I be watching? save my TiVo!

* Oh wait, I do watch some HGTV and Food Network.

* JR and I have now been married 6 years! I don’t know if I mentioned it a couple of weeks ago but yeah...bless his heart. Six years...that was 2 blogs ago for me, 6 or 7 for Friglet, 3 for Smizzo and our non-fickle solid as a rock Misty is still rocking soapbox.SUPERSTAR

* Time flies, and it marches across your face...that reminds me, I took the Dr. Oz “How old is your face test” and my face is 4 years younger than my body...I’m not going to over-analyze that, I’m just taking it as a compliment.

* I read Dena’s blog today, she’s getting back into the Blog pool...me too! for real this time...I know, I know...but for REAL this time!

I’m coming out of blog retirement to regale you with 2 things.

The first is, I am absolutely, positively, undeniably, shamelessly addicted to Pinterest. If you are not on it, you better get ON it and now!

The second thing is:
I miss the REAL Two And A Half Men, the one with Charlie Sheen, and I don’t give a damn how crazy he may or may not be in real life. I want him on the show because Charlie Harper and Jake made me laugh until I snorted and felt dizzy. I have not watched the “new” one because...ewww!

In my make-believe world Charlie is not dead, he has been kidnapped by Rose, and she has taken him to a deserted island where they are frolicking and he is finally falling for her...and then of course, they will return to Malibu to live happily ever after.
After Jake throws Ashton over the edge of a cliff...and then we will all live happily ever after.

Just like Tony and Carmela Soprano…

Don’t mess with my favorite shows bitches.

I’ve gotten hooked on Pinterest, and I made a board of Jacqueline Kennedy shots, I came across these 2 pictures that tugged at my heart, the way she is loking at them with love and admiration...breaks my heart.

I’ve always been glad that she wasn’t alive to have to go through losing JFKJr. She had enough losses in her lifetime, she was a tough cookie and had such poise and class.

Darling Smizzo : Monday and Tuesday I was away on business.
Darling Misty : I don’t explain, I just ignore them and make it a point to not talk to “those” people. Seriously? have they lived under a rock?

Anyway, if you follow me on Twitter you already know that I pulled a good one today, I wore my dress inside out---I didn’t notice it until I’d been at work for over an hour.
Yeah…

I have not had time to go to the hairstylist, so I had to resort to coloring my hair last night, one of the gloves tore without me noticing and I now have a black finger and black fingernail to match.
Yeah…

I can’t wait to see how I finish out the week tomorrow.
