I haven’t done one of these in a while:
1. How many hours’ sleep do you need in order to be at your best, and what’s the minimum you can get on a regular basis and still be functional?
I require a lot of sleep, about 10 hours is best for me but it rarely happens
2. What’s your favorite sleeping position?
On my right side, curled up with my right hand under my pillow.
3. What was the cause of your most recent difficulty sleeping?
JR snoring...
4. When you can’t seem to drift off to sleep right away, what are some things you do to bring about sleep?
A lot of things, but almost nothing works once I can’t sleep.
5. When did you last doze off at an inappropriate time or in an inappropriate place?
I’m always falling asleep, but I guess taking a 10 minute nap in my office would be considered “inappropriate”.








I will never ever forget in 11th grade when I fell asleep in my Virginia & US History class… with Mr. Weaver (who was in his 60’s, lived with his mother and had “ramen noodle” hair - also he never trimmed his nails and drank out of a 5oz dixie cup during class that he would refill between classes from the water fountain… the memory of the sound of him ever-so-gently placing that dixie cup on the desk still haunts me). I sat next to one of the HOTTEST guys in school… Jason. I was OUT and had one of those sleep jerks and jerked so hard that I fell completely out of my desk, knocking the desk over on top of me in the middle of the lecture. IT WAS AWESOME! Jason STILL gives me crap about that.
