I had my first session with the trainer today, I absolutely LOVE her!
She was so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, right away she got on the same page with me, she listened to my goals and motivated me.
The gym is doing a Biggest*Loser program and she encouraged me to sign up, I will have a partner and we’ll compete for $600 in prizes, I’m all over that, I tend to be a teeny bit CRAZY competitive, so hopefully my partner will be too, if not they also have prizes for an individual winner. I MUST win!
Our fridge and pantry are completely empty, and I have to brave the grocery store or have dog biscuits for dinner.
At least I will have some healthy stuff to eat and snack on, the trainer suggested I eat an apple with some peanut butter or half a banana before working out in the morning, and right now that sounds really good...then again so does cheesecake.
