Yes, my husband is the best at helping out around the house, I am one lucky girl...which is why I let him play with my TOYS...LOL!

Nothing could be more true, I have prohibited JR from looking up any symptoms online.
It’s like playing 6 degrees of separation...cough+itchy forehead=CANCER!!!!

So, how are y’all doing on Christmas shopping, decorating and all that jazz?
My house is semi-decorated, and only because JR unpacked a couple of tubs and put stuff out.
The tree is in place, not a single ornament has been added but since it’s pre-lit it has been plugged in once...Ho Ho Ho.
Not feeling it, I have not felt like decorating in many years, I get the Holiday blues something fierce...*sigh*

I’m almost done with the gift buying, I went after it in a big bang this year, I want to get it done this week.
I spent hours wrapping gifts yesterday, that sucked ass.

Why is it that I hate doing things that I’m actually good at???
Gift wrapping, I will go ahead and say brag that people have offered to pay me to wrap for them, but I hate and dread doing it. It’s tedious, and all for what? for someone to tear it up? LOL!
Cooking is another one, I’m a very good cook, not just following a recipe but I can come up with my own and usually wing it, give me a few ingredients and let me at it...but I hate cooking, hate it. I do love to bake though...hmmm.

Anyway.
Smizzo has promised to be in blogging mode after today, I’m going to hold her to it…
Remember when we had Christmas ornament and sock exchanges during the Holidays? I still have Christmas cards from some of my blogging buddies...I miss those days.

So, Halloween really annoyed me this year, I think I’m becoming a grouch old lady, every neighborhood has one, so why not me?

The parents annoyed me, the OLD “kids” annoyed me more than ever, but I loved how one of our neighbors gave out SAT Flashcards and Grammar cards...Take that! and pull your damn pants up! see?? I am SO that old woman.
I’m cool with that.
The dogs were grouchy too, Molly barked her ass off for 4 hours, and poor Sissy was afraid to go outside to do business, so she held it until 11pm.

November...yeah, wow, already?
Why am I already wishing the Holidays were over?? Oh yeah...because I am that old woman.

On that note, I have something to tell y’all...BLOG BITCHES! 

I had seen 2 Halloween stores near work last week, so today I went into the first one to buy something for our grandson. I barely got in the door when I stopped, and almost ran out with my hands over my eyes!
I am not a prude by any stretch, but what I saw in that Halloween Hookerdom was too much...wow!
The normal Halloween store with marginally inappropriate items was across the street, so I was able to find my boy what he asked to have for tomorrow.

4 more hours left in the work day, I am bored out of my skull...I do have something I could be doing but…

Obviously I’m still loving Pinterest, I keep telling myself I should be blogging when I’m clicking away there, but I can’t seem to tear myself away.

I don’t know where to start, so you get my beloved bullet points...don’t you find yourself thinking in bullets? I even take handwritten notes and add bullets.
Love me some bullets.

* Still love-love-loving my job! I get to work with a great group of women, be creative and meet the best people.

* The family is good, we’re going through some issues with our Grandson’s parents...my stomach just tied itself in knots as I typed that, not good.

* I’m considering doing away with our satellite service, I use it just to record my shows, reality T.V junkie that I am, but the thing is that I rarely have time to watch everything on the DVR, so what’s the point?  I don’t know…
What I watch(don’t watch): Mob Wives, Braxton Family values, Downsized, Til Debt Do Us Part, Dr. Oz, Jerseylicious, RHO Orange County of course, I’ve got all current episodes of The Good Wife, but I have not watch any of them...I have nothing of any educational value, like I care!
What show should I be watching? save my TiVo!

* Oh wait, I do watch some HGTV and Food Network.

* JR and I have now been married 6 years! I don’t know if I mentioned it a couple of weeks ago but yeah...bless his heart. Six years...that was 2 blogs ago for me, 6 or 7 for Friglet, 3 for Smizzo and our non-fickle solid as a rock Misty is still rocking soapbox.SUPERSTAR

* Time flies, and it marches across your face...that reminds me, I took the Dr. Oz “How old is your face test” and my face is 4 years younger than my body...I’m not going to over-analyze that, I’m just taking it as a compliment.

* I read Dena’s blog today, she’s getting back into the Blog pool...me too! for real this time...I know, I know...but for REAL this time!
